  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, you are eligible for a refund when the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. We aim to make the process straightforward and efficient.
  • Non-Defective Items: Refunds for non-defective items returned within the 30-day return window are possible, subject to certain conditions and applicable fees.
  • Manufacturer Restrictions: Some products may have manufacturer-imposed return or refund restrictions. Please contact us if you have questions about specific product eligibility.

Restocking Fee

  • Fee Details: A 25% restocking/reconditioning fee applies to non-defective items returned for a refund.
  • Calculation: This fee is calculated based on the original purchase price of the product.

Refund Process

  • Inspection of Returns: All returned items undergo a thorough inspection according to our inspection criteria. This step ensures that the item meets our return standards.
  • Approval and Processing: Once the return is approved after inspection, the refund process is initiated.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, ensuring a direct and secure transaction.

Refund Time Frame

  • Processing Period: Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the time we receive your return.
  • Credit Issuance: While we typically refund to the original payment method, in-house credit may be offered if specified or agreed upon.

Shipping and Handling Charges

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Refund Exceptions

  • Custom Orders: Please note that custom orders are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
  • Condition of Returns: Items that are damaged, incomplete, or in a condition unsuitable for resale will not qualify for a refund.

Initiating a Refund

  • Return Authorization (RA): To start the refund process, contact Dream Salon Equipment to obtain an RA number. This number must be included with your return.
  • Shipping and Packaging: Follow the packaging and shipping instructions provided in our Returns Policy to ensure your return is accepted.
